Financial Analysis
- Sales forecasting model for a multidisciplinary health
clinic. This comprehensive model captured health care protocols to
forecast sales over time with different levels of patient
participation/follow through. Enabled the client (Dr. and CEO of
the clinic) to completely shift her understanding of the business
and launch plans to substantially increase revenues.
- Product cost model for a Door County, WI artist. This
project involved the creation of a costing model to assist a local
artist in the production of her custom artwork and leather goods
products. Included an updateable listing of raw inventory items,
drop down lists for convenience, overhead allocations. Resulted in
profitability improvement as client learned more effective pricing
strategies.
- Payroll Cost Analysis for a multi-restaurant client.
This ongoing analysis compares payroll costs to prior period and prior
year costs, in dollar terms and also as a percentage of gross sales for
a defined period. Allows client to keep payroll costs within a
defined target range, and track performance over time. Seasonal
variances allow the client to focus attention on
"challenge" periods within the seasonal business cycle, and keep
the business profitability on track and under control.

small business SBA loan; financing achieved for client's two restaurants in
Door County, WI.
